The museum for the territory of Cabras opened in 1997 and shows archeological finds from Cuccuru Is Arrius (prehistorical and nuragic) and from Tharros (Phoenician-Punic and Roman) as well as other sites on the peninsula of Sinis. In particular the history of the excavations at Tharros is shown and the many finds from the tophet of the phoenician-punic period, urns and steles.
