The Phoenicians and Sardinia : Tharros
The Phoenicians reached Sardinia somewhere in the eight century BC and started trading posts. Some of these trading posts outlived the Phoenicians and Punics and become small Roman towns or even persisted until our days like Sulki and Carales (Cagliari).
