This camping lies north of Oristano on the coast. From this place the whole area can be reached (by car). Tharros is nearby, as well as the silted lakes where the flamingo's can be found. Also nearby are the Monti Ferru (Iron Mountains) with the Sardinian oakwoods.

Agriturismo Vultaggio is a fine place to stay. It lies in the country side in the province of Trapani (Sicily) and has a central location. The stay of fifteen days in the Agriturism has been very good, with excellent food (Italian Slow Food), a swimmingpool and very kind personnel.
